Job Responsibilities
Team Budging and Goal setting
Weekly & Monthly meeting with internal team and with partners.
Internal & External Audit handling
Good knowledge of Insurance & Operation
Visit at partner location to do process audits and training.
Good knowledge of excel and power point to do presentation on VM process.
Identifying internal activities as per IRDIA guidelines and outsourced or Automate the same.
Team player to manage in-house and outsource partner team.
Knowledge of vendors agreements and IRDAI circulars.
New partner on-boarding and evaluation.
Good at team bonding activities & He or She should have a good command on communication skill
