Job Description & Summary
A career in our Financial Services Tax practice, within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. Youll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. Youll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.
Our team helps our Financial Services clients navigate the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. Youll help our clients with their tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally.

Education:
B.Com/BBA/BBM (Under graduation)(50% Aggregate) or
Any UG + MBA/PGDM Finance Background or M.Com (50% Aggregate)
Experience: Min 6 months to 2 years Work Experience – Non US Tax backgroundBase location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / KolkataEligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have good communication, Attitude
Candidate must have basic knowledge in Finance & Tax background
Candidate should be working from the base locations
Candidate outside base location should be open to relocate
Candidate should be qualified Under graduate or Post Graduate (Must have all Educational Documents: Marksheet, Degree/Provisional Certificates)
If Experienced, Employment Documents are must
Candidates who are Freshers or currently pursuing the degree are not eligible
Immediate Joiners or upto 30 Days Notice Period
Job role:
(a) Preparation of complex workpapers and tax returns, Schedule K-1’s and Supplemental forms (Federal/SALT – Investment Partnership, Hedge Funds, Real Estate)
(b) Prepare/ Review of RIC tax compliance and Provisions
Self reviewing work to check for accuracy of deliverables.
Seek opportunities to enhance US Tax technical knowledge by keeping up-to-date about latest developments in tax.
Understanding roles and responsibilities on the engagements.
Perform quality review (four eye test).
Actively participate in engagement Trainings and Calls (Kick off, Status, Wrap up).
Act as a technical buddy to the Associates.
Preparation & Review of asset diversification test(ADT) and Gross Income test in order to determine RIC qualification.
General Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft office software program.
