Job Description
Strong working experience in L2 support with Unix shellscripting environment and development experience
Should be strong in SQL queries
4+ years of experience in supporting project with ticketing tools
Team will be responsible for attending infrastructure and application related alerts and resolving tickets raised by Helpdesk team
Prioritize Alerts based on severity and type
Perform Root Cause Analysis by analyzing the issue and the code to determine impact Assign to Dev team with RCA findings
Timely escalation to Dev team in case of high priority issues that L2 team needs support on
Systematic and timely communication to stakeholders across various channels based on severity of the issue
Weekend Maintenance support monitor critical alerts attend to any escalations from Helpdesk and Production management teams on a need basis
