Compensation Manager


Mumbai – Godrej One

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain competitive salary structures based on industry trends, market benchmarking, and job evaluations.
Design, implement, and manage incentive programs to reward high performance and achievement of key business objectives. Also lead the communication on plan to maximise the effectiveness of the program
Evaluate the effectiveness of various compensation related programs and recommend adjustments as needed.
Administer, benchmark and enhance the company’s employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in benefit offerings.
Collaborate with Business leaders and HR leaders across geographies in finalising Annual Operating Plan and anchor the strategic alignment of human capital initiatives.
Manage the compensation packages for expatriates, ensuring alignment with global compensation strategies.

Educational Qualification

Post graduation in Human Resources


2-3 years experience in Compensation role ismandatory


An analytical mind with strong data analysis skills
