EY – GDS Consulting – GRC Technology Oracle GRC – Staff
At EY-GDS GRC Technology, we enhance performance through creating risk-intelligent organizations, by helping clients identify important risks, design frameworks to manage them and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls within organizations.
As a GRC Technology professional, you will be addressing client issues such as business performance variability, business and process controls transformation; application security integrity, governance, risk and control (GRC) technology enablement, business and/or IT GRC, continuous monitoring, vendor and contract risk management and IT risk management. You will belong to an international network of specialists helping our clients transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance.

Were looking for Staff with expertise in Oracle GRC to join the leadership group of our EY-GDS Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.
Your Key Responsibilities
Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, EY products and service lines.
Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge within ERP risk consulting domain across key business-processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Hire to Retire and Record to Report
Prepare project documentation and procedures.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel.
Work back with seniors on projects and ensure adherence to timelines and quality
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Constantly upskilling as per market trends
Skills And Attributes For Success
Use an issue-based approach to deliver growth, market and portfolio strategy engagements for corporates
Strong communication, presentation and team building skills and experience in producing high quality reports, papers, and presentations.
Experience in executing and managing research and analysis of companies and markets, preferably from a commercial due diligence standpoint.
Exposure to tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Preferably CA/MBA/B.E/B.Tech degree with strong academics
1 to 3 years of implementation and consulting experience on Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS security and controls
Experience to drive risk and control programs for Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud with a focus on the following:
Segregation of duty concerns in an ERP environment along with an ability to design SoD (Segregation of Duties) risk libraries, and preparation of remediation roadmaps
Design system roles, build security and troubleshoot security defects
Design risk control matrices by conducting workshops with business process owners
Review Oracle ERP IT Application Controls (ITAC) for test of design and test of effectiveness
Assess SoD risks in an ERP solution, identify themes and prepare remediation roadmaps
Identify potential opportunities to automate current ITDM/manual controls leveraging Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud
Functional knowledge on at least two Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Financials, Procurement, Supply chain management is a pre-requisite
Ability to simplify data and explain trends through Excel spreadsheets, dash-boards, power-point presentations is highly desirable
Knowledge of Oracle GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) & Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) is highly desirable but not mandatory
Ideally, youll also have
Demonstrated track record with a blue-chip consulting organization and/or a blue chip organization
Understanding of data analytics, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), dashboarding (Spotfire, power BI) and other enabler technologies is a big advantage
Ability to develop/decode complex SQL/PLSQL scripts and VBA based excel macros
