Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have experience coordinating with multiple teams consisting of backend developers, front-end developers, and app developers
You will be leading a talented team of backend and frontend(Web, Android/IOS) developers
The Tech Lead will be 70-80% of the time writing and reviewing code
You will be Architecting and designing a highly scalable and robust system
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in software development
Ethical, hardworking, and ‘passionate about startups’ mindset
Prior Startup experience preferred
Good understanding of different tech stacks.
Willing to learn more
Must have technical skills
Language: Python/Django, Javascript/NodeJs, Java/Springboot
Tech Stack: SQL/Mysql, Search Engine/Elasticsearch/Solr, Queue/RabbitMQ, cache/Memcache/redis/, Nosql/MongoDB
