Job Profile:
This role requires someone who is passionate and driven about building great employer brand stories with an ability to identify the right fit talent. The job role will require one to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires in collaboration with the management team.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be:
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end with managers
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
You should have:
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with major recruitment portals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
A positive attitude to take feedback
Cultural empathy for a fast-moving, growing organization
