On 1 January 2022, IBM announced that IBM and Francisco Partners LP had signed a definitive agreement under which Francisco Partners will acquire healthcare data and analytics assets from IBM that are currently part of the Watson Health business. This role is to exclusively support the Watson Health business, and the new company, Merative. Your Role and Responsibilities
Role Introduction
Working under minimal supervision the Study Delivery Lead is responsible for the success of projects and data base design. This role will interact with customers, working to meet project deliverables. The study delivery lead will develop databases to meet customer needs and ensure overall customer satisfaction with deployments.
Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and facilitate meetings.
Develop clinical trial database structure.
Meet process deliverables and timelines.
Complete assigned project work to meet team objectives and goals.
Act as an escalation point for support.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
Pursues a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education.
Identifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers.
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ Years of clinical trial industry knowledge
Ability to manage client expectations and work with external teams to meet project objectives
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
Understand programmatic/Boolean logic
Use Microsoft Office or comparable word processing / data processing tools
Experience with study design in Merative Clinical Development
