Detail engineering ofRotating equipment Packages, Lube oil system, cooling water systems. (I.e.detailed engineering of reciprocating compressor packages as per Siemens Energystandards, client specifications and applicable CODES.)
Detail engineering ofLube oil system, Gas Seal system for Centrifugal compressor Packages as perSiemens energy standards, client specifications and applicable CODES.)
Support ProjectExecution team and Project sites as and when required.
Engineering solution tomeet client requirement, optimum design and selection of package componentsmeeting requirement of standards/ codes and applicable specifications.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Detail engineeringactivity completion as per project milestone.
Preparation ofEngineering specifications of Heat Exchangers, Pumps, filters, valves etc,
Preparation of Keyengineering Documents like Process and Instrumentation diagrams, General arrangementdrawings, foundation plan, piping layout drawings.
Design Input- Outputscheduling, checking and approval (from client).
To have across the tablemeeting with client to have approval on principle engineering documents, likeP& ID, General arrangement drawings, foundation plan, pressure vesseldesign etc.
Checking of keyengineering Vendor documents of bought out items (like Pressure Vessels, HeatExchangers, Filters, Strainers, pumps etc.) and to give engineering approvalearliest possible to facilitate early shipment of packages.
Cost effectiveengineering solution and release.
To release Engineeringpiping material requirements at least 20 weeks before package shipment.
Cost effectiveengineering of Structural items (like Main skid / console skid etc…).
Standardization of Oilcooler / console for various sizes of Reciprocation Compressor Frames.
Shop co ordination andsupport to facilitate smooth execution.
Site support as and whenrequired.
Post shipment clientquery response within 2 weeks.
To fulfill D-R globalPolicy, Guiding Principles, Quality Policy, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 requirementsand obligations.

Education Qualification:

BE Mechanical / ME / Btech / M tech
Minimum 4 Years of experience in engineering of static/ rotating equipments & Package items.
