What Youll Do
Designs, develops & automates the visual installation guide of server components from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL) used on WW Manufacturing sites to build HPE products using proprietary programming language
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development & automation of servers & rack hardware installation guidance of all HPE servers worldwide.
Work closely with cross functional teams and manufacturing partners.
Proactively assist & resolve all escalated factory issues in short period of time.
Respond & take initiative of factory issues & incoming requests.
Communicates and collaborate with management and partners to develop
Education & Experience
What you need to bring:
University degree in the field of Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics
2-4 years experience in Computer hardware
Experience in any programming language
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent English skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced troubleshooting skills in a technical environment.
Basic understanding of BOM structure & matrix interpretation.
Basic understanding of server hardware architecture
Software troubleshooting skills in Python/C#/C++ is beneficial.
Working in fast paced environment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
