Ability to work in relatively dynamic environment and able to find the solutions . High energy, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills Collaborative and works well in team environment with good Cross functional teaming ability), keeping focus on business outputs
Interact with the Sales Leaders, Account owners and Client partners at a lead stage, to understand the customer needs and come up with a Win strategy

Ability to work on key drivers, identify challenges and related business values, Understanding customer competition, partner and solution landscape and providing inputs for bid response and controlling the flow and approach
To drive multiple teams involved and exhibit robust program management to build a synchronized and coherent response
Adhere to presale process and metrics and provide timely updates to management.
Regular review and update of collaterals and offerings and also ensure compliance with company branding and marketing guidelines.
