Responsibilities:

Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
You’ll be playing a key role in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of software systems.
The programs you create are likely to help businesses be more efficient and provide a better service.
You might be responsible for writing and coding individual programmers or providing an entirely new software resource.
The specifications you ll work on will often come from IT analysts
Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
Providing written knowledge transfer material Requirements:
A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase
Outstanding all-round communication..

Skills Set: for Frontend developers

Should have a strong understanding of Object Oriented Language concepts (OOP)
Having React / Angular knowledge will be an added advantage
Should have knowledge of HTML and CSS with any of the UI Libraries
Able to work with REST/SOAP or GraphQL

Skills Set: for Backend developers

Should have a strong understanding of JS or Python
Having knowledge in NodeJS/Django/FastAPI will be an added advantage
Must having proper understanding of working with SQL/NoSQL
Should be able to work with REST/SOAP
Having knowledge of GraphQL is an added advantage
