You will be working as Service Sales Specialist and will be the part of Electrification business area for Services division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Service Sales Manager and will be responsible for preparing and analyzing the data to evaluate market trend analysis and market share and competitive analysis for the Product
Your responsibilities
Supporting sales for LV(low voltage) product services, end of life, advance services, supporting the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers
Providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offering product/solution/service-related training
Preparing/supporting preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications and sales organization directives and defines cost for the proposed solution and communicating to sales organization
Providing information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participating in the risk review assessment and supporting sales team to achieve the OI targets
Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the sales organization
Performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause and recommending future actions in cooperation with sales/local business to obtain better future results
Providing solutions to customer of all switchgears including old as well as existing switchgear manufacture and being technical & commercial assistance to the team
Your background
Bachelors degree in Engineering – B. Tech Engineer or Electrical or Electronics
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product knowledge of low voltage switchgear and SAP SD module
Strong communication skills
