We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients across a marquee set of sports properties for Star Sports. You will be responsible for driving revenue within a set of key accounts through the sale of FCTs and customized integrations, maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements and exploring avenues for increasing the wallet share of our clients.


Star Sports being the largest sports broadcaster in the country is a true home of sports with a diverse high impact portfolio comprising of marquee properties such as the Indian Premier League, ICC World Cup, Pro Kabaddi League, English Premier League, BCCI Cricket, etc. In this individual contributor role, you will leverage your market intelligence and relationships with clients & agencies to drive revenue through deals and integrations which result in long term associations and increased wallet share with our key clients.


Exhibit strong ground sensing ability and market intelligence around client businesses and categories, upcoming product and service launches, genre & season-wise advertisement patterns and media mix, target audience, marketing & business objectives of clients through market research and leveraging networks
Display a thorough understanding of the product, its distinctive strengths, content and positioning to leverage for pitch impact and aligning the right client / campaign with the right property
Develop an understanding of the industries/categories being serviced as well as unique marketing challenges being faced at each client organization
Create effective and customized sales pitches leveraging inputs from market intelligence and internal teams such as Customer Analytics
Add value to sales pitch conversations by gauging specific business and branding objectives of clients and unarticulated client needs to explore opportunities for customized brand solutions and integration
Play an integral part in increasing client wallet share and generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Minimum Qualification: MBA/PG (Premier Institutes preferred)
With at least 4-5 years of post-qualification experience
