You will be working as Sales specialist – Automation Products and will be the part of Motion business area for Drive Products division based in Pune, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for growing the business and bringing the business through channel partners/ OEMs / system integrators/ EUs
Your responsibilities
Achieving the sales target of completely new business for drive products division ( PLC / servo products),primarly focusing on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market and looking for new customer, opportunitity untapped by ABB
Achieving the order target month on month and collecting the overdue in time, developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in cluster and working together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth
Preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity, driving business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SIs with proper business planning & intime support, continuously gaining knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better
Doing inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition, working closely with the CP/OEM/SIs and share success stories and selling with proper product positioning
Commiting to meet the budget numbers, coordinating with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed, interacting regularly with CP/OEM/SIs sales engineer to drive them to meet committment
Corordinating with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery, regularly giving updates on business done product line wise and market wise and preparing monthly MIS and submitting to stake holders
Systematically tracking the key projects and customer activities and developing a business plan for large CP/OEM/SIs and take responsibility
Your background
Bachelors in Engineering or Diploma
Minimum 10 years experience and good knowledge on the drives & automation, aggressive and result oriented and knowing to sell volumes and values
Fluency in English language is mandatory
