Job Overview
Tele Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers through various sources
Contact leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential customers
Negotiate prices and close sales deals
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Ability to effectively handle objections and customer concerns
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
