About The Role
Looking for Sales and Marketing manager with good background of product selling/Supply chain management in FMCG industry clubbed with experience of selling services/risk management solutions to Industry through a consulting/risk management company platform.
A senior level professional with good academic background, preferably science and management
Target oriented professional with ability to influence decisions at senior management level to ensure conversion of proposals in to business
Good experience in the Mid or senior management level in F&B/FMCG industry
Very good understanding of key pain areas for business, especially in the supply chain, Process, EHS/ESG/Supplier/Sustainability/Social/Governance/Legal/Business Continuity/Cybersecurity fronts
Ability to communicate effectively, the solutions to address these issues
Excellent connects at senior management levels in the industry
Business acumen, Ability to research the market, Understand the trends, position products for the future.
Market research to identify the products and services (Other than certification) that are in demand by the F&B/FMCG industries
Make year long calendar of marketing/sales efforts and work with MARCOM team to realize desired levels of brand promotion
Promote Brand DNV and its services among the major clients in F&B/FMCG domain
Mobilize MARCOM efforts to enhance customer reach for the services of DNV
Add At least Five new clients to DNV portfolio year on year
Responsibility for Minimum INR 2.0 Cr 1st years sales value
Take responsibility to mobilize the sales efforts of team of sales executives allocated
Develop job responsibilities for sales and marketing teams
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
