Strategic Business Plan (5 years) followed by Annual Operating Plan (3 years) :
Sales forecast : All India (customer-wise, program-wise, plant-wise,)
Recovery and Givebacks : (customer-wise, program-wise, plant-wise, reason-wise)
All detailed workings followed by the global templates
Monthly MIS:
Sales : AOP v/s actual
Sales Provision :
Recovery and Givebacks : Compile from all the KAMs and submit to Finance
AOP v/s actual Tracker
Represent Sales for Audits :
IATF Audit
Internal Audit (D-Desk / CSA)
SAP :
SD Super User (work together with IT team towards resolution of issues)
Customer Master; SA-SO creation
Supplementary invoice creation from SAP
SalesForce : All India coordinator
CQA : All India coordinator
