Job Objective
Support Frontline Sales Operations by ensuring implementation of the HR Strategy and processes towards Strengthening the talent, people capability and overall engagement of the frontline teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans for the year
Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams at both on-roll and off- roll levels and ensure effective utilization to drive business growth
Execute Compensation actions for the teams as per the Rewards Philosophy to retain and engage talent
Work with the Third-party vendor to manage the Employee Lifecycle of MGRs and reduce MGR attrition and increase engagement
Manpower planning and execution to maintain an optimum ratio of manpower to revenue and deliver flat to prior manpower cost
Strengthen the Talent Pipeline in the Frontend through
1. Recruitment and Induction of the Right talent
2. Talent Management & development
3. Top and Bottom Talent Management
4. PIP management, Review and Development
Employee Engagement
Partner with the Zonal teams to Drive Planning and Employee Engagement Initiatives
Rewards and Recognition
Drive other routine engagement activities including Open House Sessions
Sales HR Routines
Monthly MIS for MGRs, Payroll Inputs for Permanent Staff
Market Visit/Gate Meeting Routine to ensure regular interaction with the Sales Team
Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP and facilitate the COBC cases for the zone
Ensure compliance to adherence for safety guidelines for the zone
Working with HR COE teams to drive HR agenda in terms of L&D, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits & Facilities management
Required Skills & Experience:
ü 7+ Years of experience of Human Resources preferable from FMCG/Manufacturing Organizations
ü MBA in Human Resources from a Tier-I/II MBA institute
