In the Risk Management and Compliance Control Management Team, you will be part of a team that supports various areas within Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk to perform operational risk identification and assessment, effective design and evaluation of controls and sustainable solutions to mitigate operational and compliance risk. Additionally, you will ensure the team assists in top down risk analysis, real time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis and remediation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
You will be partnering with senior management, compliance officers, program managers and other functional support groups across the firm to support the development and implementation of a consistent approach to the management of risks and controls.
Supporting a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols
Reviewing and analyzing program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) to support business-related programs and strategies
Providing leadership support for the end-to-end execution of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment, including control breaks and resolutions, to reduce financial loss, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk
Engaging with control colleagues across the firm, business, operations management, legal, compliance, Risk, audit, regulators and technology control functions
Minimum Skills, Experience And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
7+ years of financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance preferred
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create, and evaluate a Risk & Control Self-Assessment in conjunction with business partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence business leaders in a meaningful and actionable manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
