Quantitative Analyst Trainee Full Time

About the job
We are looking for a passionate Quantitative Analyst Trainee. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Utilize spreadsheet models, modeling techniques, and common investment analysis application as part of their toolkit to make informed financial decisions and investments.

Starting from the fundamentals of quantitative modeling, you will work on how to put data to work by using spreadsheets and leverage spreadsheets as a powerful, accessible data analysis tool. You will also be introduced to the world of corporate finance, and gain a better understanding of finance fundamentals, including a variety of real-world situations spanning personal finance, corporate decision-making and financial intermediation.

Responsibilities:

Week 1 & 2: Series of Training Modules (Training Period)
Week 3: Project Assigned
Week 4: Project Report to be submitted
Requirements:

Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Proven leadership abiliti.es.
Deep understanding of the financial system and institutions
