Project: This is a fit-out project for a financial company in Hyderabad.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Maintaining bill tracking and overdue statements.
Evaluating cost claims and variations.
Preparing bill of Materials & bill of quantities, reconciling of quantities.
Providing support to the project manager for planning any alternative, and valuing engineering proposals or changes.
Being responsible for monitoring the cost performance of the project.
Preparing project cost estimation, Budget for Project Schedule.
Coordinating for project MIS, preparing rate analysis and cost analysis for various construction items.
Preparing bills for payments and estimating quantities and orders of materials for construction.
Providing analysis of star rates of non-BOQ items.
Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction.
Inspecting the work as per architectural and structural drawings and maintaining the record of inspection.
Recording the executed work i.e. reports after execution and daily progress report.
Managing the execution of the work as the excavation of the building for foundation, the layout of the building, RCC work, and shuttering fixing and leveling as per drawing and specifications.
Handling the auto level and executing the surveying work.
Providing the layouts of the plan, marking, and setting out of the building.
Providing systematic working with the target of zero accidents and implementing the standards down the line to ensure the target of zero incidents.
Implementing of quality assurance plan.

About You

You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and be a member of a professional body. You have experience in a project of similar nature. You have experience of local market. You have experience of Budgeting, Cost Management, Invoicing, Bill Certification, QS.

You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer
