Roles And Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to join Statistical Forecasting group of Print Category Operations within HPI and drive improvement initiatives in the area of forecasting. The individual will work with multiple teams such as Category Forecasting, Strategic Planning & Modeling (SPaM) team, Processes Engineering (PE) team and Statistical Forecasting team to identify & drive forecast improvement initiatives. He/she will own the forecast accuracy review process and action plan agreed in Continuous Process Improvement meetings. NPI management within demand planning team will also the persons responsibility. The primary accomplishments are percentage point improvements in wMAPE and Bias; and flipping over to low-touch forecasting process.
Skills And Profile Requirements
Academic Credentials: Masters degree (MBA or equivalent degree from premium college) Experience Profile:
Essential: Minimum 10 Years of experience in identifying and driving improvement initiatives in Hi Tech or related industry with significant experience in multitasking/ cross functional collaboration.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Statistics (especially control charts).
Awareness of SAP IBP Demand Planning module.
High proficiency with MS Tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.
Must be proficient in Excel, including knowledge of formulas, macros and pivot tables.
Basic/intermediate knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Good understanding of ML and its applicability.
