Assist Resolver customers in deploying Resolver RiskVision to meet their security, risk and compliance management needs.
Scope implementation projects. Estimate effort and timeline to complete. Develop and present Statement of Work documentation.
Plan and manage implementation projects. Track milestone completion and project issues. Provide status reports to customers / partners and to Resolver management.
Translate customer needs into Requirement Documentation.
Implement custom modules for customers based on their approved requirements.
Design and implement Resolver RiskVision screen customizations, field customizations, reports/graphs customizations and workflow.
Develop reports and dashboards as per the customer requirements.
Mentor customer and partner technical resources during implementation projects. As needed, conduct informal, ad hoc training sessions.
Develop and enhance implementation methodology and best practices for use on Professional Services engagements.
Collaborate with the Product Management and Engineering team in releasing new Platform versions.
Triage, prioritize, and resolve customer issues in Resolver RiskVision.
Provide technical assistance to Resolver customers, field engineers and partners’ customers in deploying Resolver RiskVision platform products in their environment to meet their security, risk and compliance management needs.
Assist Technical Support in troubleshooting customer issues and Quality Assurance in testing new product releases.
BS in CS, IT or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 3 years experience as a client-facing technical consultant customizing and deploying packaged software as a billable resource
Programming experience in Java, Groovy, JSP and HTML
Experience in XML, StAX, SAX, DOM, JSON parsing and processing
Database experience in Oracle, MySQL, MS-SQL
Experience around JasperSoft reporting engine considered an asset
Understanding of web technologies (Apache, HTTP, Web Services, JDBC)
Experience in Webservices Technologies such as REST, SOAP and tools like SOAP UI, Postman.
Understanding of the Information Security requirements
Understanding of the industry security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI, NIST 800-53
Consulting orientation, able to handle stressful customer situations diplomatically
Working experience of any GRC tool considered an asset
Threat and Vulnerability Management domain considered an asset
Experience with scalable, enterprise grade systems
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong problem solver and fast learner
