Purpose of the Job
Drive and monitor performance management across D&IS signalling india business through Management Business Performance process. Ensure business deployment and adoption of measurement standards and proper way of working to collect and report the indicators in accordance with D&IS signalling processes. Manage full set of KPIs for performance monitoring in order to support action plans definitions.
Responsibilities
Guarantee the right correlation between business objectives and KPI tree
Drive the Site D&IS KPIs reporting cycle to management team
Coordinate, animate and harmonize the Global Performance community across D&IS organization in india
Boost automation and digitalization for Performance measurement methods
Secure the proper adoption for methods (data source and capturing, KPI levels, standard KPIs) in D&IS Metiers
Network : Function leaders, Site management, Global performance community
Experince
A degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in Performance Indicators structuration, analysis and monitoring ; business analyst (minimum 10 years)
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of industry strategies and objectives
Experience to work with processes and communities across business.
Ability to problem-solving
Ability to interpret relevant data.
Skills on tools for analytics: QlikSense, PowerBI, Excel.
