Responsible to maintain payroll related data for a various group of employees on a monthly basis in EMEIA – arrange and process monthly payroll for all Shared Service customer companies – clarify payroll related General Ledger accounts – active team member at payroll and time & attendance. – includes knowledge transfer from the current locations into Shared Service Center – Provide customer service for all the companies which have their payments being handled out from shared Service Center. – Backup for other Payroll coordinators in SSC.
Essential Functions:
Payroll Input: responsible to input data changes for various countries to the provider platform. Responsible for a group of employees in different countries. Ensures that, processing monthly payroll processes are handled correctly.
Payroll Processing: arrange and process monthly payroll for all Shared Service customer companies. Handle issues with external consultants from ADP and others to fix payroll issues and customer specific adjustments.
General Ledger: prepare booking files to be booked in the Finance SSC in Brno, Tchech Republic. Clarify all payroll related GL accounts on a monthly basis. Provide accruals for monthy, quarterly and year end closing and assist Controlling department and Accounting department at any questions regarding Payroll bookings. Support Finance department with other reportings.
Support Success Factor: active team member at payroll and time & attendance. Includes knowledge transfer from the current locations into Shared Service Center.
Backup in case of absence: backup for other team members in SSC and other countries.
Other: help continually to improve the payroll processes for EMEIA. Help to identify issues, to find solutions and to reduce workload on current payroll processes.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years experience with multi-state payroll processing
proficient in ADP, Success Factors, MS Word, Excel
Good English language skills
Basic German, Dutch or French language skills applicable
Basic knowledge in accounting
SAP user skill, good to have
