Who we are looking for?
10+ years’ experience as a part of a highly functional software development teams building world class products. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex features alone.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Swift/Objective-c
Experience in managing the team
Experience in developing hybrid app development using Flutter
Strong experience in designing and developing high scalable systems
Experience in Bitrise
Experience in publishing the apps into appstore following the best practices
Recent hands-on development experience setting standards for design/code/deployment best practices, and operational effectiveness.
Proficient in coding and application design patterns
Ability to lead the team technically
Knowlege of crash analytics tools like apptentice or others
Knowledge of observability platforms like DataDog
Experience with Unit testing frameworks
Excellent communication and presentation skills with success in effectively communicating at all levels of an organization.
Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools.
Public contributions to open-source projects, patents, publications or conference presentations are a plus
