Execution of marketing strategy for the planned FTWZ facilities and services
Create marketing material
Identify and connect with the potential customer base
Develop Channel partners for facilitating Sales and marketing
Structuring commercial offers suitable to customer requirements in consultation with the Sales Head.
Effectively plan and manage commercial activities/customer engagement strategies and monitor progress keeping long-term business horizon in mind.
Ownership and Responsibility of all Customer Relations including setting up an efficient customer service process in all the departments that deal with customers
Monitoring the unbilled amount daily through operation reports like Gate, TNH, and other various KPI reports
Ensure all customers remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines
Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
Adhere to DP World laid down policies governing Credit control and credit offerings to customers. Make all efforts possible per the organization’s policies to ensure no bad debts account unpaid dues.
In-depth knowledge sharing of the EXIM industry landscape and a clear understanding of our competitors across major focus regions
Implement Customer Management Tools to ensure high Quality of customer service
Ownership of all marketing data and responsibility to provide monthly marketing reports on time.
Assistance in arranging trade gatherings/functions
Be aligned and adherent to the Company Media and Brand – Communications policy.
Qualifications & Competencies
Graduate preferably with a Masters Management Degree / Diploma in Business Management from a reputed Institution.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Commercial or Sales functions in an FTWZ/ SEZ / Logistics / Freight Forwarding Company or in the Supply Chain Management dept. of Major MNCs.
Exceptional communication skills backed by strong listening skills to understand underlying customer needs tap hidden opportunities and make a compelling case within and outside the organization for new product/revenue streams.
Knowledge of client, Customs, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent Team leadership capability with the ability to push the envelope to meet stretch commercial targets and budgets.
Good interpersonal skills, excellent team-building capabilities, planning, coordination, and decision-making skills.
