Lead / Product Designer Full Time

About the job
Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to help generate product and feature possibilities based on user needs and business requirements
Create design artefacts at different stages of the product development cycle, such as user experience flows, wireframes, sketches and interactive prototypes, and eventually create high-resolution mockups and design assets
Work closely with developers on the final feature or product, right from the conceptualisation stage to release
Always be an advocate for the end user, pushing for and thinking about the most meaningful user experience possible

Ideal Candidate

Experience managing a design project from start to finish
Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences within the organization
A keen sense of design – both interaction design and visual design
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch and InVision)
Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock-ups
Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Can get hands dirty with all parts of the design process
Understanding of influencer marketing space is a good to have
