Our team manufactures core bits and uses special drill strings with inner and outer barrels. We provide high-quality core samples for accurate reservoir analysis while controlling core acquisition costs.
Partner with the best
As a Lead Application Engineer, you will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issues. As well as optimizing the ESP design and assuring profitability and proper utilization of inventory.
As a Lead Applications Engineer you will be responsible for:
Tracking and reduce inventor.
Contributing to delivering overall Drill Bits financial Plan for the assigned countries.
Contributing to delivering all region Service Delivery KPIs.
Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues and resolving post sales technical issues.
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements.
Communicating across direct organization and presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
Handling latitude in project techniques.
Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have bachelors in engineering from an accredited university or college.
Have minimum 4 years of experience in Drill bits services, preferably in 3 years technical support post.
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as proven analytical and organizational ability.
Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
