Job Description Summary
Drive awareness and adoption by building preference in the assigned geography for inhalation agents for anesthesia, hemostats and sealants, medication delivery devices, parenteral nutrition, and renal replacement therapy by meeting HCPs (Health Care Providers) and training for paramedical staff and facilitating for distributions via assigned dealers

India growth market is the hybrid team, growth driver of Baxter for building awareness and facilitating for access for solutions from Baxter in tier 2 and tier 3 cities
Role & Responsibilities:
Financial
1. Achievement of monthly and yearly secondary sales target revenue numbers
Non Financial
2. Build customer connect
3. Market Development and Penetration
Planning
Account level revenue planning
Preparing and executing coverage plan within the assigned travel budget
Sales forecasting, Activity forecasting,
Execution
Drives adherence to key performance indicators (Call average, customer coverage, working days, prescription tracker, secondary sales and product sampling/demonstrations
Keeping records for audit.
To track all product and service quality related complaints and coordinate with National/Sales Manager/quality to ensure formal response and closure to complaints report it to PV & Quality
Build awareness and drive adoptions in indicated for solutions provided by Baxter
Ensure regular monitoring inventory in the market to ensure proper storage conditions and avoid loss by expiring
Review, recruit and maintain distributors to strengthen the network to ensure speedy and adequate availability of products in his/her accounts
Scientific engagement of KOL (Key opinion Leaders) s in driving awareness
Drive activations and scientific engagement align to marketing initiatives
Keep organization updated about changes in the market timely.
