Job purpose:
Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team to work on various Duck Creek implementation projects for our customers across the globe.

Your client responsibilities:
Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in various technical streams of Duck Creek implementation project.
Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Building a quality culture
Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
Foster teamwork and lead by example
Training and mentoring of project resources
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Technical skills requirements:
BE/B.Tech/MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 8 years
Experience in Duck Creek –
Strong exp on DuckCreek Example Platform
Atleast 2-4 year hands on exp as a Manuscript Developer
Exp on Version upgrade of platform
Template upgrade,
Circular implementation Rate, Rule forms, Custom transaction
Out of the box transaction like Audit, Out of sequence endorsement, Cancellation etc,
Debugging Tools Data Tester, Example Utility, EXAMPLE Trace Monitor, TSV Debugger,
CSS/XML/XSLT
EXAMPLE Author, Server, Express, Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task and Notification, Transact
Customization/Custom development in Skins/Custom Java Script
Good understanding of underwriting, rating, insurance rules, forms, claims, billing
Microsoft .Net WebServices, OOPs concepts, Design Patterns
Experience/Knowledge in Duck Creek ondemand Cloud Implementation
Strong in PL/SQL
Knowledge and experience on IIS
Must have worked as a Technical Lead and handled a team
Must have done Effort Estimation, Performance consideration, Task Management, Client interfacing and people management
Good understanding of Agile methodology
Real time knowledge and understanding on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background
Excellent business communication skills
Prior Client facing experience
