Job Description and Qualifications
The Inspection coordinator will be the interface between various stake holders for inspection related activities to ensure smooth progress of work and efficient data management.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to Inspection Leads, the coordinator shall be involved in coordination with suppliers, inspection agencies, inspectors, etc.
Work proactively to achieve smooth progress of work.
Ensuring timely arrangement of inspections at supplier’s works.
Ensuring efficient data management, by updating electronic tools and software required for data and report retention.
Establish a good working relationship with external and internal stakeholders
Prepare relevant documentation and reports like Inspection Trackers, etc.
Support Leads in various phases of projects for coordination and data management activities.
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Proficient in English (speak, read and write).
Interpersonal skills with external and internal entities
Should have hands-on experience working with SAP, and other common IT tools.
Experience with SmartPlant Materials, EDMS, OpenText shall be preferred.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Science (Diploma, B.Tech. in Engineering preferred).
Minimum 5 years of Experience in related coordination work.
Administrative experience in similar roles of inspection coordination and data management.
Proficiency in MS Office products and report writing/presentations/spreadsheets.
Proactive, dynamic, solution oriented and team player.
Organized, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks.
