The Information Security Engineer position will be responsible for the support, administration and integration of our Customer Identity and Access Management system to include Application Onboarding, Multi Factor Authentication, and Application Configuration. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert for Customer Identity and Access Management throughout the Western Union Enterprise across the customer and partner facing application ecosystem. Providing technical guidance to IT teams and recommending and/or taking action to direct the analysis and solutions is required. This role occasionally calls for performing user identity administration as well as maintenance of user security roles and profiles.

We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of Information Security experience. Knowledge of SAML, Radius, OAuth, Open ID Connect is required. For this role, we are requiring experience with administrating a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) system and SSO (Single Sign on) configuration for users/applications. Hands on knowledge of scripting in Bash or PowerShell and development knowledge of Java or Python is preferred. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform), as well as automation experience is highly desired.
