Under minimal supervision within Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist develops, implements, and manages secure user account and access administration processes in accordance with Information Security policies and procedures. This individual coordinates operational activities and provides advanced user account and access management support and consultation. Anticipates technology support related to digital identities, access control and associated technology issues and drives improvements.

EY Technology supports our technology needs through three business units:
Client Technology (CT) – focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY to identify new technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.
Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) EWT supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.
Information Security (Info Sec) – Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.
Coordinates operational activities of their region-based team, provides advanced operational support, consultation and follow-up on the services in scope for the function aligned to, responds to customer inquiries, and works with other Regional Leads to coordinate activities globally, acts as a liaison between the team and the Functional Global Lead. This position is regional in scope, managing activities of a team that provides global services to all EY member countries. The role requires a solid understanding of the technical IAM process, the business objectives of service lines and Core Business Services departments as well as the global policies that are currently in effect within IAM

Leads activities and initiatives related to Identity and Access Management.

Look for ways the team can improve by streamlining processes, adjusting schedules to cover 24/7 support.

Familiarity with large IT infrastructures, organization operations.
Effective use of time demonstrated by meeting service level agreements and the ability to manage email. Keeping track of meetings, deadlines and team checkpoints for the team to run smoothly.
Conduct team meetings by developing agenda based on team needs.
Maintain a strong knowledge of Active Directory, File Share management, Azure Active Directory Exchange and Microsoft Identity Manager technologies related to user or group provisioning and identity life cycle management.
Advanced understanding of security, policies, standards and technology.
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in spoken and written English
To qualify for the role you must have
Approximately 5-7 years of security administration experience in support of IT products or security administration and working knowledge of large IT organization operations. 2 years prior supervisory experience
College degree (desired: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience)
Ideally, youll also have
Obtains knowledge of latest trends in technology risk assessment, information security, procedures, methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to effectively work with customers and management personnel on all levels, business areas and across cultures.
Provide a high level of process and procedure expertise and support for risk assessments.
Grasp new security concepts quickly and be able to convey these in simple terms, using relevant and meaningful language within the group or during presentations to non-technical resources
