Quantexa – Technology Consulting – Multiple Positions – Senior – 5-10 years work experience

The opportunity:

EY Technology Consulting has been partnering with Quantexa to help global clients in transforming their Banking and Financial Services business process particularly those related to financial crime and AML. Here is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team that has deep expertise in solutioning for financial services.

Your key responsibilities (8 or more of the following)
Data Science, Data Engineering or Business Analysis experience as part of Quantexa Fin crime solution implementation
Proven big data experience, either from an implementation or a data science perspective
Data Science solutioning experience for fin crime solutions
Business Analysis and Data Quality management skills
Perform data modelling and analytics in compliance with requirements and standards
Quality assurance and accurate management and resolution of defects
Documentation of technical deliverables and specifications as necessary
Attention to detail and mentor/manage other team members within the practice
Leading delivery tracks – Development, Data Migration, Integration, reporting
Leading client conversations and walkthroughs
Build estimates for work products as necessary
Develop strong working relationships with client (process owner/functional leads)
Working in an Agile environment

To qualify for the role, you must have (10 or more of the following)
Experience working in Quantexa solution implementation
Quantexa certification is a plus
Data Science, Data Engineering or Business Analysis experience in the context of financial services preferably fin crime solutions
Expert knowledge of at least one big data technology such as Spark, Hadoop, or Elasticsearch.
Strong coding background in either Java, Python or Scala
Experience of building data processing pipelines for use in production batch systems, including either traditional ETL pipelines and/or analytics pipelines.
Experience in process design for financial services business process preferably fin crime
Experience in development of analytics dashboards and reports for financial services
Experience building integrations between Quantexa and other third-party systems
Experience in Water fall and Agile project life cycle processes
Excellent oral communication and documentation skills
Experience leading client conversations and process walkthroughs
Experience managing delivery tracks and delivery teams
Strong business requirement and customer orientation
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Maths or Business (Master’s will be a plus)
4 to 12 years of experience in financial services domain working on process, technology and data
