EY Wavespace: Experience Coordinator/ Associate

The opportunity

We are looking for an Experience Coordination for EY wavespace team in our Trivandrum/ Bangalore office.

EY wavespace is about people and business outcomes. We design immersive programs that bring the right people together, giving them the mindset and collaborative tools to think differently. These days we are doing this both virtually and in-person for clients around the world.

Responsibilities:
Enable design-thinking led experiences with clients across the various associated activities
Apply creativity, critical thinking and client-centric perspectives to build and evolve capabilities of the team and produce work products
Be adaptable and flexible to lead workstreams across project management, designing activities, facilitating, primary and secondary research, proposals etc.
Curate and build content, work on research including conducting interviews for primary research, synthesize findings to meaningful insights.
Work closely with Experience Manager to collaborate and contribute to the success and outcomes from experiences
Take a collaborative approach to work, with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genuine interest in solving complex business problems

Skills And Attributes For Success
Understanding of design-thinking and other creative and collaborative methodologies
High level of adaptability, flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity
Ability to articulate and communicate clearly
Ability to own and lead workstreams independently
Collaborative working style

Ideally, you’ll also have
Advanced degree preferred, 2+ years professional experience in design thinking/ session design and delivery/ facilitation/ innovation or related areas
