JOB PURPOSE
Seamless Execution of AVSEC Training Sessions Maintain records of AVSEC trainings at Hyderabad To ensure compliances with regulators (BCAS, RDCOS) To Deliver AVSEC Awareness Sessions
This position will be responsible for seamless execution of Training Programme, handling training sessions and maintaining Records at GMR Aviation Academy, Delhi.

Seamless Execution of Training Sessions as per AOP
Development of Training Modules and delivery of Sessions as SME
To play the role to Course Coordinator in Academy Courses
Facilitation of Residential Courses by coordinating with Catering Agencies for assurance of Service Level Agreement.
Preparation of Handouts, CD, Student Kit for Trainees, procuring Stationery requirement before commencement of Training Sessions.
Maintaining Training Records as per ISO Standards for all trainings except Aviation Security.
Processing Trainees Feedback, preparing Report and Supporting HOD/Head of Operations with follow up actions as per ISO standard and Academys SOP.
Management Representative for ISO Certification for GMR AA, Delhi.
Acting As An Executive Assistant To Vice President GMR Aviation Academy-Maintaining His Calendar, Diary And Appointments
Commencement of Trainings
Number of Sessions imparted
Seamless completion of CAO batches
Successful completion of BFFC batches
Seamless commencement of Training Sessions
Availability of Records
Training Evaluation Report
No Non Conformity during Audit
Payments are made on time for the vendors
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Liaising with External SME and Participants for seamless commencement of Training Sessions.
Liaising with other stake Holders such as Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, NSOPs, IAA, DGCA.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Internal – Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
DIAL HR & FMS: To follow up for timely nominations, realization of Payment, Booking of Training Venues, Meeting Room, Handover of Certificates and Feedback Analysis Report.
Transport: Coordinating for local transport in terms of Faculty and student movements during the trainings. Processing bills in case of city trips which is part of training agenda.
Liaising with SME and Participants for trainings and Security Department for issuing Airport Entry Permit.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
The position facilitates and supports Trainees at GMR AA and help generate revenues as decided by AOP.
The position required delivery of Training sessions as Subject Matter Expert for the specific courses which directly impacts Academy revenue.
Feedback of Trainees on the service of Training Coordination to be maintain 80% to ensure quality delivery of services and participation of more number of Trainees.
Other Dimensions
To upkeep GMR Values at each step which brings good name to GMR AA and enhance brand image.
To take every care of trainee during commencement of Courses which will result good feedback about the training and in turn will bring more business to Academy?
Updating and Developing modules for GMR Aviation Academy IATA Airport Operations, Advance Annex-14 & TDC.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor (B. Sc./ B.A./ B.Com.)
Excellent Communication Skill
Working Experience in Educational Institute
Relevant Experience
5 Years working Experience in Airport or Airlines
Working Experience in both Airport and Airlines not less than 2 years at each one is preferable
