Job purpose:
EIS developers in the Technology Consulting to work on various project implementations for our customers across the globe.
Your client responsibilities:
Need to work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of EIS implementation projects.
Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead.
Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.
Your people responsibilities:
Building a quality culture.
Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies.
Foster teamwork and lead by example.
Training and mentoring of project resources.
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
Technical skills requirements:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc with a sound industry experience of 3 to 6 years
Must have hands-on experience in EIS – Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core
Must have experience in core technical skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices, Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel – CXF, Kafka
Good to have experience in OpenL Tablets
Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS
Good understanding of Agile methodology
Excellent business communication skills
Experience in Insurance domain Property & Casualty.
Good to have experience in client facing roles
