About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of the Financial Crimes Operations (FCO) Data Analytics, Reporting and Tools Team within the Chief Operating Office. This position will be a part of a team responsible for executing FCOs system and tools development strategy, using Agile framework. In This Role, You Will
Lead strategy sessions to understand the business need, develop business requirements and fulfill direct system configuration of workflows
Collaborate and influence functional business partners and leaders to provide support and drive initiatives for the business
Proactively identify potential risks to implement change effectively
Recommend opportunities for process, systems and tools improvement
Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo’s policies and business line objectives
Gather requirements, build business process workflows, and system configuration for workflows, data integration, and report generation through SharePoint and other business tools
Meet with stakeholders to identify business needs, business outcomes and implement changes as appropriate
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of tool performance as the program matures
Participate in organizing and managing ad-hoc requests
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications, US:
2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of experience writing Business Requirements
2+ years of business process experience
2+ years of financial services experience
Strong project management skills
Experience with process interpretation and design
Ability to complete system configurations using a designer tool
Ability to facilitate conversations or sessions to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Ability to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations.
Must have hands on experience in UAT Testing, Regression Testing, working experience on VISIO and Application development.
