The ideal candidate should have 2+years of experience in handling Indian financial accounting: A/P, A/R, budgeting and finalization of financial statements as per provisions of Indian GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS. Candidates with additional knowledge of overseas accounting and tax regulations will be preferred. This experience and skills will enable the candidate to handle Company and its clients financial accounting requirement.

Accounting & Reporting
? Direct responsible for the Indian and Overseas Companies accounting process
? Monitoring of AP/Vendor payment process
? Monitoring of Invoicing process
? Supervising Monthly book closing activities
? Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements of the Company under Indian GAAP, US GAAP and UK GAAP reporting standards.
? Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
? Coordination with the bankers for obtaining the bank statements, debit / credit advices, Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates, etc.
? Ensure up to date and accurate records of financial accounts and reporting
? Defining Internal Control policies and procedures and ensuring a strong control environment
? Review of Fixed Asset Register
? Weekly/ fortnightly visits to the Clients office for co-ordination
? Responsible for monthly processing of the payroll
Audit and Compliances
? Supervision and coordination of Statutory Audit, tax audit, and transfer pricing with the auditing firm
? Ensuring compliance with Company law and all other Statutory requirements like direct and indirect taxation and RBI regulations
? Deducting and depositing the statutory dues with appropriate authorities
? Calculation of advance tax payment.
? Responsible for the deposit of GST and withholding tax with Tax Authorities
Financial Statements, Accounting, Balance Sheet, Management Information Systems (MIS), Financial Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, IFRS, Statutory Compliances, Indian Taxation, GAAP,
