About the job
Ø Act as the first point of contact for characteristics management area.

Ø Management of characteristics backlog

Ø Support validation, testing, mass upload of data’s & deployment of new tools, processes, features and document, if needed.

Ø Create new characteristics and values according to defined guidelines

Ø Actively Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure correct data is available in the systems in a timely manner.

Ø Provide necessary training and support to end users.

Ø Understand the impact of material data change to different business processes and Forward data/ process issue to the relevant teams

Ø Higher level support for SSC to manage material master PDM mass upload template.

Ø Higher level support to solve process issues & master data.
