The Role

We are Looking for a Data Analyst/Scientist to join our team and leverage our data to generate insights that can help us make smarter decisions to improve the competitiveness of our offering.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Understanding our Sales Ops, Finance & Client Service metrics & data tables and making dashboards more useful, either by stakeholder request or out of our team’s initiative.
Developing or editing SQL queries to retrieve data from our database or understanding other data sources that are powering the Tableau dashboards.
Managing the communication and relationships within our team as well as our team’s stakeholders.
Building & implementing state-of-the-art deep learning models.
Building and implementing AI models to meet business needs.
Building, validating, and deploying machine learning models (e.g. predictive, forecasting, clustering).
Creating predictive and prescriptive models that could have a positive impact on the business.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

You have experience using SQL in other projects and writing intermediate to advanced SQL syntax that efficiently retrieves data from several data tables.
You have working experience with Tableau data visualization tools and have developed a strong sense of good data visualization practices.
Fluent in Taiwanese Mandarin/Cantonese and English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
You have exposure to digital marketing and initial knowledge about digital advertising, and general business economics.
You have strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
You have the ability to visualize data with the aid of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Hue, etc.
