CT Quality Management – Manager

The opportunity

The selected candidate will:
Need to work with various product teams, facilitating and deploying suitable processes. You would help the teams in doing metrics analysis and root cause analysis. You would identify suitable process improvement initiatives and drive the same within the organization
Acts as the primary point of contact for the definition, documentation, implementation of Quality process
Deploy, leverage and oversee all processes at the engagement level
Implement CMMI Level 3 process across the engagements
Drive process improvement initiatives
Should be able to engage in due diligence activities to proactively identify improvement ideas
Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills
Establish and monitor Quality Framework and Continuous Improvement to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service including coordination of day-to-day oversight and management.

Your Key Responsibilities
The role aims to achieve the Process excellence by using analytical & decision-making skills
Effectiveness of managing Quality Framework and Continuous Improvement initiative.
Tracking engagement Quality Related KPIs
The role is assigned direct reports within Quality Management & recommends the hiring of staff based on the needs of the team and sets objectives aligned to Quality Assurance and Delivery. The role reviews all accomplishments, coaches for success and counsels for improvement. The role itself is generally guided by the Global Lead for Quality Management System.

Stakeholder Management – Ensure a good working relationship with internal stakeholders / EY network
Maintains advanced interpersonal skills to engage with senior executives of the firm, in cross business discussions within a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network of peers and others of influence
Ability to think & question the current state of working. Generate ideas & should be able to clearly articulate ideas to all levels of the organization including senior and/or executive management.
Leadership quality to drive performance in oneself and in others.
Be passionate about Quality Management
Should have participated in CMMI initiatives, preferably as an ATM or FAR member
Desirable to have Agile or DevOps Certifications
Should be able to handle change management and interact across different layers within the organization

Good Knowledge & Working Experience on Microsoft Tools – Advanced Excel, Visio, Word & Access
Strong Project and Quality Management Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels in in the organization
Capability to conduct workshops on Process Excellence Tools & Techniques
Experience documenting Business Process flows, Creating/Updating Standard Operation Procedures, and documenting business

To qualify for the role, you must have
College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
Approximately 8 to 10+ years’ experience in a Quality Management System, Quality Assurance and Delivery. Experience in creating and leading QMS and leading a team as well as staff management responsibilities. Proven experience driving Quality Assurance with Continuous Improvement initiatives for operational excellence and improving services, processes and quality in large global organizations.

Ideally, you’ll also have
Product Development experience, using Agile or DevOps
Project Management experience
