The Partner and Seller Experiences(PSX-SPARK) team in IDC is part of Commerce & Ecosystems, that delivers the experiences and platform that drive partner, seller and commercial marketplaces for all of Microsoft. We are seeking for a strategic business manager with demonstrable cross group organizational skills, well developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities, agile communication skills and experience successfully leading complex strategies and projects to completion. This role will collaborate with our leader, PSX Leadership team and broader team to define core partner value, manage the business, and help bring feedback back to the team to drive further refinement and innovation. Successful candidate will be a results-oriented and data-driven individual who has the horsepower to solve complex problems; an owner and does what it takes to make our team successful; partners effectively across disciplines and levels; has high standards; are customer obsessed; and operate well in an ambiguous environment. Most importantly, you have a burning desire to be a part of something big and make a difference in the world.
Responsibilities
Manage & facilitate Product & Customer Listening forums through – Partner/Customer Advisory Board, Support Ride Along forums
Driving organizational health, organizational planning and culture initiatives working with multiple stakeholders
Manage & drive Semester Planning Process.
Managing the operating structure and Rhythm of Business (ROB) including exec reviews, fiscal planning to help business run smoothly and effectively
Partnering with leadership team to develop and execute planning processes and alignment of strategic initiatives and OKRs
Developing and leading creation of high-impact team communications to land business priorities, including content and planning for All Hands, offsites, organization communications and business reviews; supports exec communications
Manage Employee Learning & Development Programs such as monthly brown bag, external speaker engagements etc.,
Facilitating and supporting executive external customer engagements and executive sponsorships
Leveraging knowledge of the leader’s goals and approach to ensure team activities are aligned with the leader’s objectives.
Participates in and provides perspective and a point of view to the leader?on specific areas within or external to the organization, and regarding communications,?budgets,?people, and the team pulse.
Leading special projects to meet changing business environmen

Required Qualifications?
5-7+ years in business analysis, business management or program management
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Strategic planning and execution experience
Established business acumen and ability to ramp quickly
Excellent written and oral communication, team skills
Comfort working with technical product & engineering teams and ability to quickly grasp new ideas.
Passion for helping optimize performance within a product team.
Proactive, able to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
Experience leading cross-disciplinary virtual teams and driving key business development initiatives from creation to implementation in partnership with senior Microsoft executives
Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership on complex business topics
Understanding of technology industry trends, and aptitude to understand and communicate Microsofts product roadmap
Ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate across multiple groups and disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications?
MBA or equivalent Masters in Business management or Economics , or related technical experience?
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
