Your Role and Responsibilities
Required Professional And Technical Expertise
Should have in-depth hands on experience on any of the EDR solutions like IBM ReaQta / CrowdStrike / Trend Micro / McAfee / Carbon Black / Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), etc..
Should have good knowledge on all domains like SIEM / SOAR / NDR
Should have good knowledge on all domains of IT Security and processes.
Requires Ability To Absorb Professional Knowledge Quickly And Develop Skills.
Professional Knowledge Related To Security Operations Centre Technologies.
Leads the security business pipeline development for security services. Responsible for the development of deliverables, such as client proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Drives and manages an effective partnership with clients through contact with executive management and individuals that influence executive team.
Makes decisions based on scope of the deal and possible trade-offs to best meet clients objectives within the limits necessary to win the contract. Applies creativity and judgment in developmental work on opportunities or other projects within the business environment.
Impact on Business/Scope:
Accountable for business unit and specific personal objectives, including revenue and signings.
Develops tactics that will win the business, including teaming arrangement, alliances, subcontractors, and competitive strategies.
Manages to a high level of customer satisfaction. Designs and implements plans to increase customer satisfaction. Has overall responsibility for business/pipeline development
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 15+ years of enterprise in Cyber Security domain
Security knowledge (Products/Platforms/Services).
Ability to drive strategic sales approach, with flexibility to adapt to new client demands, patterns, and requirements.
Desire to shape strategy and drive company-wide growth through sales innovation and delivery.
Self-motivated, with proven track record of execution as a team member and team leader.
Solid organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.
Experience and executive presence to lead client meetings
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, priority driven environment and interfacing with all stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented, results driven, and pragmatic while also innovative and creative.
A team player who works well individually and with others.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Proven success driving complex sales cycles and cross-functional programs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to present to all levels of the sales cycle
Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and management.
