Your Roles:
Production, Machine and Manpower Handling
Looking after the daily production, delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects and providing daily reports
Assigning responsibilities to the production employees and develops and coaches team members Ensuring all equipment reworking properly
Preparing work schedules and ensuring on-time completion of production plan
Maintaining Quality Service and Identifying & Troubleshooting production issues.
Ensuring clean & safe working environment
Submitting timely reports and Inventory management
Data entering in SAP- Production Module
Communicating with machine manufacturer for any machine troubles
Lean Manufacturing TPM OEE Production Systems Continuous Improvement Safety & Quality
Your Skills:
Should have a degree in BE / B.Tech : Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Production
SAP Production Module
Familiar with Local Languages such as, Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam etc.
