Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities – Manage a team of Sales Managers – Generate Deposit Mobilization & Insurance distribution through D2C channel – Ensure productivity of SMs through Deposit mobilization & cross sell of Life insurance – Local knowledge of the market competition and industry. – Responsible to execute a D2C Retail FD & Insurance model – Will managing two or more cities / regions – Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales and profitability with focus on improving productivity – Will consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics. – Business Development: Drive the sales and business development efforts of Fixed Deposits & Insurance business volumes. – Competitive Assessment: The individual should exhibits in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics. – The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective. – Team Management: The incumbent will measure productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action to increase revenue per employee. – Business Review & Reporting: The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for managing the Volumes of Retail FD & Insurance business.
Required Qualifications And Experience
? Graduate/Post graduate.
? A minimum of 4-6 years? experience in Sales.

? High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter.
