Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities –
Relationship Management with existing CD / Digital Manufacturer.
Engage with manufacturers to build and strengthen relationship.
Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer. Conceptualize and develop marketing plans for the products in line with the business plan.
Conceive and execute key projects for SF business and work across functions to ensure delivery of project objectives.
Timely revert on manufacturer query’s.
Manage efficiently & effectively the subvention receivables process.
Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of manufacturers are timely addressed.
Responsible for communications in terms of reports & analysis.
Identify revenue leakages in the system and devise processes to stop revenue leakages.
Ensure sustained revenue growth to develop the product and define strategies to deliver Net
Income in compliance with organizations goal. Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue. Continuously monitor assess anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with market requirement & to reinforce the product in the market.

Required Qualifications And Experience

? Candidate should be graduate with 3-5 years of work experience

? People Management skills.

? Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.

? Excellent communication skills.

? Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.

? Excellent relationship skills.

? Affirmative. ?

? Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.

? Proficient in computer MS Office /Power Point is a must.
