Application Production Services (APS) team is the first level of support for any technical issues that may arise and provide application support to APAC region Regulatory Reporting teams ensuring availability of data as per agreed timelines and also assist in resolving issues that prevent users to prepare/file any report to regulators.
The individual will be responsible for support, maintenance of APAC Regulatory reporting applications working as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance.
Requires solid knowledge of UNIX, Oracle, PLSQL Autosys, Informatica,
Experience in AXIOM, ITRS (Good to have)
Ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines.
Root cause and problem resolution follow-up.
Excellent spoken and written English complete with clear oral communication skills.
Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) and Application Resiliency Certification (ARC) tests
Liaison with business and development teams.
Soft Skills: Must be a team player, and demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, innovative, capable of handling a team, providing technical solutions and be flexible in work hours.
Ability to deal with complex information, processes and relationships to derive a simple solution
Experience with automation and simplification of tasks.
Must be able to work independently when the situation warrants it
Knowledge on Incident Management (ITSM Remedy, JIRA)
Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certifications, If Any: Not Mandatory
Experience Range: 4 6 years
UNIX, Oracle, PLSQL Autosys, Informatica,
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong triage and issue resolution skills.
Work Timings: Morning Shift (6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) and (7:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
